Would love for you to elaborate on the breathing during anaerobic weight lifting.  I suppose I need you to clarify whether you hold your breath during the cycle of the entire rep, and then at the exact moment you end that rep and are about to start another one, this is where you breath out (from holding your breath previously) and breath in to start the cycle again.
