		<description>hello ,Iam writing to you let you know iam 50 yrs old and have been working out for a while.my question to you is how to gain about 10 pds of muscel. I seem to be stuck at a certain weight,I want to get bigger and stronger but still run at least a 5 k,what answer do you know what I should take in suplenments,and workout so I can help others with weight and their workout.I would like to become a trainer,and help others to suceed,not keep what I know to myself but encourage them that they can DO IT.I could use some Help. thanks RH</description>

		<description>The doctors should prescribe a bar and some weights for some of the so called invalids instead of pushing pills,especially for people with high blood pressure.Try excersising and eating a healthy diet instead of making the pharmacutical firms rich and leave the pills alone.</description>

It&#039;s not just mental, it&#039;s chemical.  (Although I&#039;m not sure which is the chicken and which is the egg.)  Congratulations on your triumphs!</description>

I was working behind a desk from before the sun came up until after the sun went down with no physical activity.  The first time I lifted weights, I could tell an immediate difference and haven&#039;t stopped since.  I&#039;ve heard spots on the radio saying that there have been studies showing that exercise could help with depression and other mental disorders (which is why I tried it in the first place).  I don&#039;t know if it is the same for everyone, but for me, I need the physical exertion for my mental well being.</description>
