		<description>Definitely agree that anger is not an unhealthy thing when it is broken down to what it actually is: a human emotion.  
I always try to think about some of the frustrations that come with life and get pumped up for a set that way.  What better a way to channel anger? 
Better to use it to your advantage than be self destructive imo.</description>

@ AJ- Lol- I&#039;ve never seen a gym actually come and stop you from grunting, and they&#039;ve probably got you on a contract so you can&#039;t switch easily. Guess I&#039;m not the only one biting my lip at times :)</description>
