		<description>Very &lt;strong&gt;insightful&lt;/strong&gt; information. Most guys that get into working out, overlook this theories. I&#039;ve seen plenty of guys at the gym just focusing on one muscle group - thinking the more they work that particular muscle, the faster they will see results. I&#039;ve use to be one of those guys, by all means am not a bodybuilder but am in adequate shape. Here is my theory about working out: &quot;In order to see the results that you&#039;re looking for, i think you need to approach the weights with a scientific view!&quot; Its always good to educate yourself, on whatever you are trying to attain, that way you can assure yourself a very positive outcome.
