But my admission here is about all the bonus books that come with it. I have to admit, until this past weekend, I simply skimmed those.
After all, when I first bought The Truth About Six Pack Abs, I was buying that book and the bonuses were simply extras. They all seemed decent but I didn’t dig deep.

Really, the kicker is #1. How many times have you read someone talk about a bodyweight exercise and you didn’t know how to do it? If you don’t know the exercise, you can’t do it.
Based on this, I’m going to dig deeper into the other bonuses that came with it, and I’ll share my thoughts.
I’ve printed out the DB-BW Fusion Workout and am going to share with my kids for our bodyweight exercises. If you haven’t gotten The Truth About Six Pack Abs yet, this is another incentive to do so today.
