pls advise me the food i will eat eat everyday morning ,lunch and dinner, coz i want to reduce my weight.iam 110 lbs,do ineed to exercise.

Hi Marinette – detailed food plans are in Tom’s book Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle. The first thing you want to do is to get away from the idea of “breakfast – lunch – dinner” and instead want to eat about 6 meals a day – just smaller meals and each meal has to have protein. Tom’s a master at explaining it, so I’ll let his book speak for itself. And if you want to gain weight, his plans are perfect for that too (you just adjust the total caloric intake).
