Ten bucks is a bargain for the kind of advice and information you offer, Darrin. I am a dedicated follower of Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle program, which I see you advertise. That's a pretty good advertisement for YOU, by the way!

Here is my review of BFFM: http://fatbaptistpreachers.blogspot.com/2009/04/bffm-book-review.html

Tom gives great nutrition advice and he has really revolutionized the way I eat. Actually, the way I LIVE. But, his exercise information assumes that the readers know their abs from their elbows. As a rank beginner, I need all the exercise information I can get, and I get LOTS of it from your site.

An absolutely vital adjunct to Tom Venuto's program.

@ Mark - I see your point. I just did a check on the past 20 posts and I promoted LeanLifters in 3 of them (one was just in the p.s.). I understand even that few might be too much for some people, but my latest two "promotions" were really designed to make sure nobody is surprised by the fact that most of my best new articles and content are going to be geared towards LeanLifters. While I want as many of you to join as possible, I also don't want people upset that they didn't know how serious I was about it. I do need to promote products of course, to subsidize doing all the free content I give away. By the way, the LeanLifters-only articles rarely have promotions in them.

It's all well and good offering the service for a $1 trial, which I have no doubt about it being great. However, what's more frustrating is the constant promotion in almost every update. That, in itself, is putting me off.

I don't mean any offense, of course you're trying to promote, but toning it down a little wouldn't hurt.
