Hi all,

Just wanted too see any advice to wether im eating to much. Im 6″0 and weigh 87kg, im 18.5% bf. Im trying to get down to 10-12%. After christmas i was 22% bf and i stated my training. Coming up to 7weeks and ive lost 4kg of pure fat. Im eating ALOT less then im currantly was when i was gaining but im not seeing the results i want. I use a slipt prgram

mon: chest +45mins cardio 400kal

Tues: arms +45mins cardio 400kal

Thurs: BacK + 45mins cardio 400kal

Fri: Legs

Sat: shoulders, then:  squash for an hour

I work on shifts so ill eat at differant times in the day. eg: earlys

7:30: oats, glass ov milk, scoop protein

10:30: slice ov whole meal bread, small protion of beans, and 2 eggs

1:30: chicken breast + veg too small potatoes

4:30 samon ~+ potatoes

7:30-8:00: after gym protein shake

8:30-9:30: cottage cheese active yogert.

Is this too much food do you think. I dont want to starv my self and lose muscle so im still trying to eat enough.

Idon't think anyone can tell you whether this is too much, too little, or just enough food.  Calorie counting and calorie expenditure are extremely hard to pinpiont, especially in a forum.

But it sounds like you believe you have lost 4 pounds of pure fat, no muscle loss?  In 7 weeks?  If that's the case, then you are doing great.  I wouldn't change anything until you see something stall (and at somepoint before getting to 10% bodyfat, you will either start seeing less fat loss or possibly start seeing muscle loss too.  At that point (whenever that is), then you have to get more advanced – so write back then.

Please make sure you're drinking enough water. Drinking water is essential to losing fat. About two liters a day would be sufficient.
