I lift in the morning usually but only have about 90 minutes available. Should I lift and then do cardio at the end of the day or should I switch and do cardio in the morning and then move my lifting to end of day? I'm only doing cardio twice a week. Thanks.

I subscribe to the theory that "fasted cardio" burns more fat, so I do cardio in the morning. I also subscribe to the theory that lifting in the evening is best, so I try to make time for that in the evenings, after my last meal of the day.
I am, however, very new at all this and nowhere near an "expert."

There is such a thing as fasted cardio (I've recently done a lot of research on this in the scientific papers). But the effect is small and it is cancelled out by reduced intensity. Meaning that without the fuel, you exercise less intensely. And so you actually could burn less overall calories (including less fat calories). Most experts are now only recommending fasted cardio on your "off days" and only for low-intensity stuff like a fast walk. If you are going to lift or do moderate- to high- intensity cardio, then eat first.
On a practical side, when I split my cardio and lifting by several hours, I do cardio in the morning and lifting in the afternoon. But usually, I do them together in the morning. Eat, then Lift, then eat, then cardio. But the scientific community hasn't reached concensus on this yet.

Currently, I don't do weights and cardio together. I'm on a Lift, Run, Lift, Run, Lift, Run program. If I did do them together is one session, I would do cardio after my weights. Either way, I find it difficult to do both in one session.

I have always done Weigts and Cardio in the same day, i cannot do one in the morning and the other in afternoon simply becuase i dont have the time to go to the gym that much, for me, its always 45-60mins weights, 15mins abs, 30mins rest and drink protein (no carbs), and 30mins HIIT cardio (i do steady once every two weeks) , and so far its worked great for me!
Dont do cardio first, i tried it once, and i had NO energy to do weights, that sucked!

I tend to keep my workouts to around 45 minutes. It's great that you can find that much time in a day to workout! It's easier for me to find 45 minutes per day.

When you are doing cardio after your weights you need to remember to replenace your muscles first. I use a protein shake rather than food as i dont live close enough to the gym. Ill do my slplit excersises for under an hour, drink a protein shake then wait 10mins. Then start a 45 min cardio session split with Elimpic trainer, boxing then swimming.
