hi,

i ve bennworking out for three months or more in a row and eating the way i was taught, but, for the last month i still in the same weight,  the only difference is that my fat drop from 12.6 % to 10.5 %.( yes, i know i gain muscle, but i look the same)

I dont care about fat, i want to gain more muscle, what do you suggest to improve my gains.??

ah, i do started 6*6*6

Yes if you want to get big then you need to eat BIG!

You need to find out what your calorie maintenance level is. I weigh 85kg 18%bf and my calorie maintenance is 2900kal. then add 500kal so 2900+500=3400kal for one week. then id your still not gaining weight then add ANOTHER 500kal. Do this untill your gaining 1-2lb a week. Make sure you eat clean! and ake sure its muscle your adding NOT fat. Although when your gaining weight you will normally add a bit of fat as well.

This is all taking into account that your training is correct.
