I've written before about my migraines.  Well, today I woke up with the start of one but I stuck to my routine and did my lifting (I lift in the morning usually).  Glad I did – I had a great workout (though I ran out of time, for a completely unrelated reason).  And my headache was pretty much gone by the time I was done.

Anybody else get migraines?  How does it affect your lifting and vice-versa?

Get some caffeine in you.  Quite a bit, just hydrate well with it, and it should REALLY help with the migraine.

Pressure points that are used in exercises for migraine helps in reducing it. Remove yourself from light and sound. Keeps vitamins and nutrients in your diet.
