This is the time of year that many of us start thinking about the nicer weather and eventually we might start wondering if we are going to look good enough this summer to go to the beach without being embarrassed.  I've managed to stay lean over the winter, but maybe you haven't.  What are you going to do to keep yourself motivated as you shed some bodyfat in the coming months?  How can I help you?
