Hi everybody,

Today I plan to start with the new Darrin's workout, but I have a question with this exercise: Declined Pushups.

Please, let me know if I am wrong: I understand that I should use, let's say, a Smith machine with the bar around my knee levels and then push up over it?

Thanks!

Sounds like you are doing incline pushups, rather than decline.  Decline = feet higher than head.  Incline = feet lower than head.  Usually for decline pushup, your hands would be on the floor and your feet would be on a box or a bench.  Hope this helps!
