Elbow aches

Here's my background info:

Age 28, 5' 10", 173.0 lb, ~13.5% body fat

I've been training to increase my strength in my chest and back, and I've been doing a twice a week full-body routine.  Heavier in the first session, higher reps in the second session.  I also do a shoulder workout in another session for a total of 3 sessions a week.  I used to finish my full-body sessions with three sets of tris and three sets of bi's, but my elbows started to ache on off days.  More so when I do triceps.  Seeing how my chest is stronger than my back and how I perform a variety of presses and dips, I stopped doing triceps.

My question is, once in a while, my elbows still ache (particularly after an intense session) and I'm wondering if there's a way to alleviate them.  Is there an elbow stretch?  Am I getting tendinitis?

Pain is like a warning system: when you experience pain during of after the exercise, stop. You might be using a wrong technique, just had some bad luck overstretching something or you are lifting too heavy.

I see it's been a while since you posted this, so when you still have this problem, please let me know, maybe I can be some sort of a help.

After some adjustments to my workout and constant evaluation of my daily routine, I determined it was tightness in my forearms that was leading to my elbow aches.  Religious stretching of the forearms, especially after heavy lifting workouts, has improved my situation drastically.  The issue couldn't really be helped.  As long as I continue to lift, I'll have to make sure I keep my forearms (and really all my muscles) stretched.
