im looking for a good fat burning work out dats intense a full body work out.. im use to lifting weights its just everytime i start i stop but im gonna start going back to da gym on monday…. my days for da gym is MONDY..WEDNESDAY.. FRIDAY.. the other days is wen i get my cardio by playing basketball im getting back on my dieting also i weight 257 im try to loss 50 pound..is 3 months possible to do dat

50 lbs is more of a 6 month goal.  They say 1-3 lbs. a week is considered healthy but, it's more like 1.5-2 lbs. a week (on the high end) if you are trying to be consistent with it.

 

Darrin's Fat Burn furnace is a good one, if you need something to get you going.

But the free workout in 3 Months To A New You (which everyone gets for free when they subscribe in the top right of this website) has a good beginner full body workout that is 3 days a week.  If you don't want to spend money on a higher performance routine like Fat Burn Furnace, then try the free one!
