my wife has a Belly fat,and she eats I eat vegetable, Fruit, Yougot, Caranbery juice No night eating Hate rice,eat Beans, Potatoes, Meat Chicken or beef .For break fast Crackers Fruit And tea.
for her work out, Spin class for 45 min, tread mill for 20 , then weight he does three set leg extension at 20 per set, Then leg curls of the same amount, with weight between 30 pounds to 50 , twice a week she does legs, and upper body three times a week.
my wife has got deep cut in her knees ,with stitches,she fell on a tiledFloor and broke and cut her knee two years ago and it hurts a lot,when the weather is cold , no ligments was cut though, but it pains badly Straight up to her thigh and buttocks area.
