So, something cool happened to me on Friday last week. I walked into work and my general manager Charles told me that he had a friend coming in to the club to shoot a video and wanted me to handle it for him since I'm the one that runs the fitness for the facility. It was a pretty cool experience. The guy was from "motivated fitness" and was basically answering some questions for people. This video was related to peoples questions of P90X and bands vs. dumbbells.
So we went into a Q&A session basically of the pros and cons of each. It's supposed to come out on youtube soon. Once he gets it edited and apporved by our corporate office (they are pricks though) I will post a link on here, as long as noone laughs at my 5'10" 180 lb self next to my boss who is a 6'5" bodybuilding blackman who weighs about 235, lol.

Very cool! If we are allowed, you could even write a little article summarizing it and we can put it up as a regular article.

I definitely won't laugh at a 5'10", 180 lb frame, although you'll probably look much smaller next to him. I'm 5'8, 150, and there are other "mortals" (vocabulary stolen from Darrin) that would make your boss look tiny, i.e. The Big Show (wrestler).
We're all given a set of genetics that go into somewhat determining our physical appearances. It's what we do with what we're given that matters, and it's not all what we see on the outside anyway. There are/were many fantastic looking physical specimens that appear/appeared to be pictures of health that are/were actually train wrecks, e.g. many professional wrestlers / Lyle Alzado. It's not how we compare to others, but what we've done with our own physiques.
I'll be looking forward to seeing the video.

Update on this video. Apparently there was a communication issue (and there always is for some dumb reason) and the video never got posted because he wasn't sure about something and didn't want to break any laws. He made a different video in it's place temporarily.
Eric did also say that he has the edited copy still and that it might be able to get posted as well. He also said that (as it was loud in the gym, and the acoustics obviously suck) that it was kind of quiet. He plans on coming back and shooting a demonstration video of different exercises. I'll try to find out when he will do this. But, asked me if we would help him. When I find out more on that I will let you know….
