ok I presently weigh around 218#, not sure what BF% is but 17 to 18%, maybe. I am 6'2" and according to most I should be around 190#. Not the weight or fat is in the Ab area. i thought I should get on Full Body Attack BUT maybe I should be doing Fat Burn Furnace first to get the weight and BF down first? I have been working out but not very consistently, should I get on Fat Burn first?

My recommendation:  get on a consistent workout plan first.  Full Body Attack is a good way to do that – 3 days a week, full body each time.  As a member of LeanLifters you should have gotten a discount coupon…  But any routine is good – just make sure you have been working out with weights consistently for at least 2 months.

Fat Burn Furnce (the name will change soon) is tough.  I woudl not recommend it for anyone who hasn't been in a regular habit of working out.  Fat Burn Furnace is amazing (if I may humbly say so!) but it's 4 days a week of intense, high-rep, triple-set lifting (3 sets with no rest).  If you haven't developed the discipline of sticking to a regular routine before starting Fat Burn Furnace, then you will likely give up before you see the intended results (fat loss without muscle loss).

Get on a compound excersise routine like 6x6x6. You need to get more muscle mass first. The more muscle you have the more calories you use when your body is dorment (not doing anything) ie sitting down, sleeping. Try not to gain too much fat when your bulding eat clean gain muscle, when your happy with your size then fat attack. Try work arounf an 12 week routines, 12 weeks gaining muscle then 12 weeks loosing fat.

Hope that helps

I prefer 6-8 week routines.  But, I think that's more personal preference and my ADD.
