Is there any point in look for training regimes that movie stars do to get ripped in alot less time? I no the stars oviously were in shape b4 they go on these prgrams. Say the 300 film. Or is this just a dream. No no alot of effort is needed doing this spot on diet and lots of cardio and im not trying to get out off this. What are you thoughts.

I think Mike Geary's own product – the Truth About Abs – is amazing.  That's why I resell it here.

But I've never bought or even looked at any products he sells that are from other people.  Sorry.  Maybe other people here have, and can comment, but I don't want this forum to turn into trashing other people's stuff.  Only post comments if you can say something positive!

oh – and while it's interesting to see the principles involved when the "rich and famous" get ripped, it's usually unrealistic for most people due to:

a) amount of time available to workout as needed and prepare the food as needed

b) the cost of a high-end, high-quality trainer to advise you and keep you on track

c) the costs of eating the healthiest food in ways that tastes good

I've posted on Taylor Lautner's workout, which I think is instructive, but I'm not suggesting that the average person should or could do exactly what he did.
