Does stretching helps to stretch the fascia and gives the muscle more room to grow ? Can we stretch the fascia to some extent only by stretching so so hard for about half a month. As I have heard that fascia is too tough ,can it get stretch on the very short period of half a month and like that?

If  some one muscle grow quicker than other than can we assume that they have a thin fascia which get stretched so eassily.

what if we stretched the fascia at a great extent . In this case, does the muscle takes a long time to loose its mass though we dont train the muscle?

Hi Shanidev – I'm not sure I fully understand your question, but I don't know of any evidence that stretching the fascia helps muscle growth because of "more room".  Stretching – which does stretch fascia, even though people say "stretch the muscle" – does promote muscle growth in a few ones, the most important being that it allows you to perform strength movements with a full range of motion.  As an example, if you are too tight and can't squat fully, then you won't see as much muscle growth as if you stretched properly and then did full range squats.
