So, today the local news channel came into our club because they were doing a story on someone who lost 215 lbs in 15 months (person started at like 500 some odd lbs.)  So they ended up interviewing me for a follow=up commentary on the story at work.  I'll be on in 15 minutes but don't have cable to see it :)
