Hi Cameron – we just chatted but I hate typing on my phone…
Your question about adding potassium… I generally only think of using potassium supplementation if/when my meal/drink has too much sodium. I'm not an expert on this, but from what I understand potassium and sodium are two sides of the same coin, so to speak, and some amount of potassium can reduce the downsides of sodium. I can't cite any science on this, though there might be some scientific explanation. Either way, I don't see potassium improving your performance in a preworkout drink. If someone knows more than me, I'm all ears!

I kinda felt the same way, Potassium also negates some effects of too much calcium as well… Physiologically speaking, calcium is what contracts your muscles, and potassium releases them. I got what I THINK is the right combinations… made a batch of 8 servings… we'll see how it goes, lol
Pray for me…

My sister worked on a horse farm when I was a little kid. I'll let you do the math.
