I do not know Lipovarin but I do know this: most diet pills do not "work", meaning there is nothing magical about losing weight. Some diet pills contain ingredients that are decent but this one contains mostly proprietary stuff (you can tell because there are "TM" or "R" symbols next to the ingredient names. 99.99% of the time, proprietary ingredients mean "blends of junk we concocted to confuse you and make you think there's something special but it's just our way of getting around the fact that there's no proof it works".
Seriously, avoid this one.
There are some supplements/pills that can help with weight loss – and really you want fat loss, not muscle loss, so let's call it fat loss. But they only HELP – they do not cause fat loss. The cause of fat loss is what you eat and how much you eat. Even exercise is a small component (though far more important than pills/supplements.
So, before going to pills:
a) get your eating quantity under control
b) get your eating quality under control
c) find and stick to a good exercise program
Do all the above for at least 6 months before even considering some kind of pill/supplement. If you do a-c properly, you'll see so much progress that you will never consider fat loss supplements again.
