Just a note – in Hypertrofreak2, you really need to be sure and adequately warm up before Day 6 – the deadlift day.  Do extra sets before your working sets to focus on form and get your muscles prepped.  For days that are so deadlift-centered, what I do is something like a set of 10 with really light weight, then I take the weight I'd use for my first working set and I do two warm up sets where I only do half the number of reps.  So if my first working set woudl be 6 reps, then for my warm up sets I'd just do 3 reps.  I don't want to get tired out but want to prep myself.
