Download a copy of this 100% free e-book about how to change your body type within 90 days: 3 Months to a New You.

World Fitness Network went online approximately 6-7 weeks ago. I spent the first couple weeks writing some very basic articles that absolute beginners can read when they arrive at the site. I began working on getting the word out about this blog shortly thereafter.
Since that time, WFN has seen a steady increase in RSS subscriptions and visitors. Just within the past 30 days, WFN saw more than 30,000 page views for an average of higher than 1,000 page views per day.
Individuals have come to the website from every state in the
RSS subscriber numbers have also jumped from 5 to 100. I’m very excited that WFN is slowly beginning to gain some momentum.
Here’s what to expect in the coming months:
- Training tips to improve your workouts
- In-depth coverage of the most important exercises
- Getting the right mentality for what works and avoiding all the hype
- How to eat better and keep yourself from getting fat
- I’m currently working on an ebook about how to transform your body type. It will discuss topics such doing simple things that will change your life, in-depth coverage on weight lifting principles, and proper eating.
Please contact me or leave comments below with any of the following:
- Topics you would like me write about here
- Questions that you might have
- Suggestions to improve the site
- Any other relevant input you might have
I’m looking forward to the upcoming months and what they will bring. I’ll be devoting my full-time efforts to World Fitness Network and making it a better resource for its readers.
Special thanks to the readers who have found this website and continued to return. Your support and encouragement have helped to keep me going and feel energized each day.

Can you write about how to transform your body from “I” to “S”?
I am an Asian, so I naturally have a flat body like an upper case ‘I’. I heard two different things about work-out and a skinny person. One person told me that if I work-out, my upper body will get smaller and my lower body will get bigger just like a lower case ‘b’ which I really don’t want to experience. But, another person told me that if I do the right work out, my butt will lift up and my upper body will be toned so it will look like an upper case ‘S’ which I want to experience!
I do a lot of Cardio because I don’t know what kind of work outs I should do to make my body like ‘S’.

Tina- If you do weight training that works each of your muscle groups, you won’t need to worry about getting out of proportion or looking like a “lower case b”.
Check out the WFN Training Program. This should help you to keep the right shape by weight training for 30 minutes 3 times a week to start out with. Keeping the right shape is what women need weights for. Best of luck!

Thanks for the tip! I missed that aricle.
Well, question though… Is that schedule work for both men and wemen? The schedule looks like meant for men rather than both group…

Tina- The program is a beginner program and is good for men and women. Don’t worry about getting too big- this is very very hard for women to do, and probably won’t happen without the testosterone that men have. I’ll write more on women’s training soon, but for now, that program will give you great results.
