Why you should get on the program: The purpose of this e-book and program is to help you to change your body type. You would have to spend countless hours researching to learn how to combine cardio, weight lifting, and eating to get the results you want.     Impressive diet section on the Ebook! It’s a nice overview of the basics.

    The diet outlined in the book has a ton of variety, this is great for beginners who aren’t accustomed to typical, boring meals.

    However, I’ll stick to my eggs and oatmeal for now :)

    Carl- Thanks for the compliment. Actually, eggs and oatmeal are exactly what the ebook still needs. Breakfast is an important meal, and I’ll have to update the ebook to include that soon :)
