I started World Fitness Network because I wanted to help other people out there look and feel better for free. Guess what? If you enjoy reading this site, there are a few things that you can do to help World Fitness Network look better and feel like a better community.
Leave Comments

At the end of each post is a box where you can leave your own comments. Don’t be shy, but instead use this as an opportunity to share your thoughts and insights with fellow readers. Other people will read the comments, and who knows how many people might benefit from what you have to say.
Subscribe to the RSS Feed
RSS is a way of subscribing to an online site. In many ways, it’s just like subscribing to your favorite magazine.
For example, if you want to get your favorite magazine, you could go to the nearest magazine stand and buy a copy. Of course, this means extra travel since you have to go there each time to get it. On the other hand, you could subscribe and have the magazine delivered directly to your mail box.
RSS is the same (and it’s free). Instead of going out to a website every time, you select your favorite reader program (think of a mailbox) to have all of your content sent to. If you have a Gmail account, you might pick the Google reader (just one example). Other readers are also available, and setting up an account only takes a moment.

When you log in, you will see all the websites you are subscribed to on the left panel. Click on the website you want to see, and it will display all of the recent articles on that website… just like having your magazine delivered to you via mail. Also, you can have your subscription sent to your email inbox if you wish.

You can subscribe in 4 easy ways. 1) Click the “Subscribe” button in the left side bar to subscribe using a reader, 2) click the “Email Updates” button in the left side bar to have content sent directly to your email inbox, or 3) if you are using Firefox or the newest Internet Explorer browsers, clicking the “Subscribe” button can add a live bookmark which sits in the top of your browser and shows the newest content. 4) If you see the RSS button on the top right in the URL field, clicking this will add a live bookmark.
Signing up helps to create a vibrant community of readers who return often and interact with each other. I would personally be very grateful if you took a moment to sign up.
Social Media

Social media is a way to share the internet with others. If you like an article you’ve read, you can vote for it on Digg.com or StumbleUpon.com. Links are provided at the end of every post to help you vote. Just click on the link at you’ll be taken to a page where you can cast your vote. Signing up only takes just a moment, and this will help to make content on this site more visible to others who need it the most.
I recommend social media to everyone. If you are passively experiencing the internet, you are missing out. The real fun is in the social experience and sharing things you like with others. Be more than an internet consumer, and remember to give back to the world by helping others to find the things that you enjoy.
