I tend to write about lifting weights to look and feel a certain way, and physical strength is a side benefit of training. This ebook, however, focuses on first developing physical strength and power, and looking good is then the natural side effect. It’s a subtle difference that this ebook is tailored for, but the underlying principles are the same.

I’ve searched the ebook for any B.S., and I can say that the B.S. content level was 0%.
